The Initiative to Develop African Research Leaders (IDeAL) is a high-quality training programme designed to develop outstanding young African scientists into world-class research leaders. As a social scientist, there is no better place of getting skills than this. I have been following health research done by KEMRI and its associates and it has always been my dream to be part of such a unique team. As a passionate person in storytelling, photography and audiovisual production, I hope to come out as an ountsatnding trainee.
