Attachment Applications
The overall aim of the attachment scheme is to provide opportunities for college and university students to gain practical experience across diverse disciplines.
Ensure that you have completed your profile as some fields in the profile will be pulled into the application.
All applications are done online. Applicants are required to register and after that log in using the email address and password they used for registration in order to access the application. Ensure you complete all the sections in the application form.
- Updated Curriculum Vitae
- All Academic Transcripts (scan as one PDF document)
- Degree Certificates (if any)
- Certified university/institution letter that clearly states that the attachment is a mandatory requirement for graduation. The letter should have a letter head stating the course of study, attachment period, department contact person/attachment coordinator (their functional email address and active phone number).
- Police clearance certificate (issued within 2 years)
Application Process:
Attachment applications are received throughout the year.
We have 1 attachment cycle per year: June to August.
Deadline for application: a month prior to start of attachment cycle.
NOTE
- Only online application will be considered.
- Only shortlisted applicants will receive communication regarding their application.
All stated documents are mandatory for the application to be considered (Only clearly legible PDF documents are accepted)
An aggregate of B+ and above in your undergraduate transcripts is required for your application to be considered.
